Booking Payments
The booking amount (non-refundable) for ___DDA Scheme _____ is given below:

Note: The booking amount paid will be adjusted against the price of the flat in case of successful booking, but this amount will be non-refundable and shall stand forfeited in case of surrender/cancellation/non-payment of the rest of the demand as per the demand schedule.

Verified DDA Approvals & Legal Documents

All flats are fully registered and approved under Delhi Development Authority (DDA) norms. Each unit is backed by complete and DDA-verified legal documentation to ensure transparency, a clear title, and secure ownership for buyers.

The following documents are issued/verified by DDA and provided to successful allottee(s):

  • Allotment Letter – Official confirmation of flat allotment by DDA.
  • Possession Letter – Document confirming handover of possession to the buyer.
  • Possession & Handover Records – Entry/exit and handover documentation maintained by DDA/site authority.
  • Conveyance Deed – Legal transfer of property title in favour of the allottee.
  • Registry – Official documentation and transfer of property ownership in the allottee’s name.

Buyer assurance: All documents are verified by the DDA office and issued in accordance with government regulations, ensuring a legally-sound transaction. For any clarifications or certified copies, buyers may request assistance from the DDA helpdesk or the project's designated liaison officer.
